How do I track my package?
You can track your package at the 'Track Order' menu or also reach out to our costumer support desk at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask questions anytime.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
It typically takes approximately 1-3 business days to process.
Your order will arrive within 8 to 18 business days, due to having multiple warehouses overseas. Sometimes there are slight delays (a few more business days) that is outside of your control. You'll receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. If you're still not sure, just e-mail us at email@example.com. We're happy to help out.

I need to change somethin on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
My order status says "UNFULFILLED". What does that mean?
"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
